The problem
Most recruitment agencies match CVs to job descriptions using keywords. They don't know what a BIM Execution Plan looks like. They can't tell whether someone has genuinely coordinated a pharmaceutical fit-out or just observed one. They send CVs and hope.
We don't work that way.
The four-stage assessment
Stage 1
A structured 30-minute interview scored against a consistent rubric. We ask specific questions about software proficiency, project delivery, coordination workflows, CDE platforms used, BIM Execution Plan experience and sector knowledge. Every candidate is scored the same way. There's no room for a confident talker to disguise a weak technical foundation.
Stage 2
A 60-minute practical task built around a real MEP coordination scenario. Candidates work in Revit on a coordination challenge — ductwork against structure, pipework coordination, clash report production. We review the output directly. We know what good looks like. Pass or fail — there are no exceptions to this stage for any candidate regardless of their CV.
Stage 3
We contact two technical references and ask specific questions about deliverables and quality — not just employment dates and reliability. Did their models meet the BEP requirements? Were their clash reports accurate? Did they deliver on programme? Were there issues with their coordination that only became apparent on site? We want the honest picture.
Stage 4
Every candidate who completes the assessment successfully receives a Precision Vetted certificate. It confirms their name, their assessed competencies, the date of assessment and our verification. It accompanies every CV we submit. Clients know exactly what they're getting before the interview.
