Precision BIM Talent was founded by Oliver Lawton — a Senior MEP BIM Coordinator with 8+ years coordinating MEP systems on some of the most technically demanding projects in the UK. In that time, one thing was consistent — the recruiters who called had no idea what the work actually involved. CVs arrived from people who'd listed Revit as a skill but couldn't coordinate their way through a basic ceiling void. Main contractors wasted interview slots. Subcontractors hired the wrong person and paid for it on site.
